INTRODUCTION
The organization has been operating since 2000 in the fields of urban development, architectural design, interior and exterior design, landscaping, construction works, and trade. In 2012, it expanded and was re-established as “INSTITUTE OF URBAN PLANNING” LLC, successfully continuing its operations in urban planning, design, and consulting services. Currently, pursuant to Order No. … of the Minister of Construction and Urban Development, its special license for urban and regional planning and design was renewed on August 28, 2018. In accordance with the Law on Special Permits for Business Activities, the company operates under the following license categories: ZT-4.1, ZT-6.1, ZT-6.2, ZT-6.3, ZT-6.4, ZT-6.5, ZT-7.3, ZT-7.4, ZT-8.1, ZT-9.1, ZT-9.2, ZT-11.1, ZT-11.2, and ZT-11.3. The company is a member of the Mongolian Urban Development Research Institute (MUDRI), the Mongolian Chamber of Urban Development (MCUD), and the Association of Design Engineers (ADE).
TYPES OF WORKS AND SERVICES:
ZT-4.1 Architectural design, structural engineering, and building planning design (Preliminary Design, Architectural & Engineering Design, Detailed Design).
ZT-6.1 Design of internal water supply and sewerage systems of buildings and structures; external branch pipeline networks and related technological designs.
ZT-6.2 Design of internal heating and ventilation systems of buildings and structures; external branch pipeline networks and related technological designs.
ZT-6.3 Design of internal lighting and power supply systems of buildings and structures; external branch networks and related technological designs.
Design of instrumentation and control systems (I&C) and automation for residential, public, and industrial buildings and equipment.
ZT-6.4 Design of internal radio communication, fire alarm and other alarm systems, information and security systems; related technological solutions; internal computer networks and external branch line networks.
ZT-6.5 Technological design of refrigeration facilities.
